  • Occasionally a project might require a variance request to the existing building code. If you would like the Planning Commission to consider a variance please complete the attached application and submit it to Village Hall c/o the City Administrator.
  • The Planning Commission typically meets the 3rd Monday of the month.
  • If your variance is approved, your variance fee, is applied towards your permit.

• Golf Cart Permit
  • • • With a permit and under the ordinance guidelines Golf Carts can be legally driven within the Hanna City Village limits.
      • Golf Cart permits are an annual requirement and must be renewed each year.
      • Golf Carts driven without a permit or outside the guidelines of the ordinance are subject to penalties.
