We continue to have problems with checks for water payments.  From this point on, any check made out to something other than VILLAGE OF HANNA CITY, the customer will be called and a new check must be written.  Late fees, if applicable, will be applied.  Re-occurence will result in checks no longer being accepted as payment.

Checks post-dated longer than 3 days will not be accepted.

If paying by check, PLEASE ensure the written line of your check is legible and in black or blue ink ONLY.  If the Bank scanner can’t read it, we can’t accept it.
