Hanna City Area Noize Customers, We apologize for the service issues which began yesterday late afternoon. The issues seem to be unrelated to each other. This morning we made an emergency replacement of our power system, causing service to be down for about 5 minutes from 8:40-8:45 am. We understand disruption during the day is never ideal but felt it was important to do so to prevent a longer unexpected outage during the day. This morning the wind has damaged one of our links into Hanna City. Your service is running on our redundant secondary connection as of 10:25 am. When the winds calm and it is safe to climb we will repair the damage. We do not anticipate any further downtime while we repair the link, this should be a non-impacting maintenance event. Maintenance Window: Thursday, March 18, 4:00 pm – Friday, March 19th, 3:00 am When service is restored there should be no action required by you. If you are experiencing any problems after the window has past please contact us via of the options listed.
